Our magnets are made to order, hence we do not accept refunds UNLESS you are not completely satisfied with your order.
Please reach out and we'll make sure to resolve any issues your order may have and keep you satisfied to make things right. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
