Order processing

• Order processing: 1-2 business days. We aim to ship your orders the next business day.
• You will receive email notifications with order status updates and tracking number.
  
• Orders can also be tracked with the shipping tracking number on our track order page.
• You may receive multiple packages if you order various sets of products.
• If you need to update your shipping info, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the contact page.

Canada

• Most of our orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.
• Allow 2 - 8 business days to receive your order.

US

• Most of our orders are shipped via Canada Post/USPS
• It takes 3 - 10 business days for continental US destinations
