📸 What type of pictures can I upload for photo magnets?
We recommend clear, high-resolution photos from your phone, camera roll, or social media. Pictures of family, pets, travel moments, or special occasions all look amazing as magnets. Avoid blurry or dark images to ensure the best print quality.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
We offer 1 - 2 business day shipping on most orders. Once you place your order and upload your images, we aim to produce and ship your magnets within 24 hours. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
📦 Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes, we do! Whether you're ordering for an event, business, or just printing a lot of memories — we’ve got you covered. We ship within a week of ordering on the website. We do not offer free shipping on bulk magnets.

🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link to follow your package until it arrives at your door.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Canada and the United States, we’ll be adding other international destinations soon to our shipping and delivery routes. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
💳 What is your refund and return policy?
Since our products are custom-made, we don’t offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind. However, if your magnets arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll gladly reprint or replace them at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
📦 What can I do if my package is damaged or lost?
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, reach out to us right away with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll investigate the issue and send you a replacement if necessary.
🏠 Do you offer local order pick-up?
At the moment, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are processed and shipped directly to your provided address for your convenience.

Can changes be made to orders after completing checkout?
Once orders are completed it’s considered final. However, you may contact us to request a change, and we may allow and process such request at our discretion. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.
