Local Pickup Policy

How It Works

1. Choose “Local Pickup” at Checkout

When you reach the shipping section, select Local Pickup at Bella 360 Location 1 or 2 as your delivery option.

2. Wait for Your Pickup Confirmation

You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup — please wait for this email before heading to the store.

3. Bring Your Confirmation

When you arrive, show your order confirmation email or provide your name and order number to the store staff.

4. Pickup Deadline

Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your ready-for-pickup email. If you need extra time, please contact us at info@minimemories.ca.

5. Authorized Pickup

If someone else will pick up your order, please let us know their name in advance via email.

 

Important Notes

• Pickup is free of charge.

• This pickup location is for order collection only — purchases and payments should be made online through our website.

• Please check the store’s hours before arriving, as they may vary during holidays or special events.

• We are not responsible for items left uncollected after 14 days unless prior arrangements are made.
